《中共巾央关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,为改革对外经济贸易体制进一步指明了方向。认真学习贯彻《决定》,对于对外贸易体制改革的深化,具有重大的现实指导意义。回顾十几年来我国对外经济贸易体制改革所走过的道路,有助于我们更好地理解和把握《决定》中关于“进一步改革对外经济贸易体制”的精 “Decision of the Central Committee of the CPC on Several Issues Concerning the Establishment of a Socialist Market Economic System” further pointed out the direction for the reform of the foreign economic and trade system. Studying and implementing “the Decision” seriously has great practical significance for deepening the reform of the foreign trade system. Recalling the path taken by China’s reform of its foreign economic and trade system over the past decade, it will help us to better understand and grasp the essence of the “Decision” on “further reforming the foreign economic and trade system.”
