一种经济的黑镍选择性涂层已用于玻璃真空管太阳能集热器。文中给出了涂层重量与吸收率、法向红外发射率、电镀电流密度关系的实验结果。又采用具有干涉效应的双层黑镍涂层,在300—400 ℃烘烤一小时后,其光学性能as=0.89。0.91,en=0.10—0.16. 化学热力学计算与实验结果表明,在制管工艺的烘烤之后,涂层没有变质。用透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等研究了涂层的形貌、成分和结构。表明电沉积的黑镍具有合适大小的球形堆积形貌,这有利于对太阳光的吸收,而且它是无定形物质。实验表明,用黑镍涂层制造的真空集热管比蒸发黑铬的白天集热性能要好。
An economical black nickel selective coating has been used for glass vacuum tube solar collectors. The experimental results of coating weight and absorption, normal infrared emissivity and plating current density are given in this paper. Also with the interference effect of double-black nickel coating, baked at 300-400 ℃ for one hour, its optical properties as = 0.89.0.91, en = 0.10-0.16. Chemical thermodynamic calculations and experimental results show that the coating has not deteriorated after baking of the tube making process. The morphology, composition and structure of the coating were investigated by transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. It is shown that the electrodeposited black nickel has a spherical packing morphology of a suitable size, which favors the absorption of sunlight and that it is an amorphous material. Experiments show that the vacuum tube with black nickel coating is better than the daylight evaporation of black chromium.
