1 会议概况由清华大学工程力学系和热能工程系共同主办的第3届流体动态测量与应用国际会议(The 3rd International Conference on Fluid Dynamic Measurement and Its Application,简称3rd-ICFDMA)于1997年10月14～17日在清华大学主楼会议厅举行。参加会议的中外专家学者共66人,他们分别来自日本、德国、法国、美国、英国、罗马尼亚、俄罗斯、澳大利亚、韩国、加拿大、比利时以及中国香港、台湾等13个国家和地区。会上交流论文60篇,其中7篇为大会邀请报告,报告者和论题是:日本Kanazawa大学A.Okajima教授的“淹没振荡流中圆柱绕流的
1 Conference Overview The 3rd International Conference on Fluid Dynamic Measurement and Its Application (3rd-ICFDMA), co-sponsored by the Department of Engineering Mechanics and Thermal Engineering of Tsinghua University, on October 14, 1997 ~ 17 in the main building of Tsinghua University Conference Hall. A total of 66 Chinese and foreign experts and scholars attended the conference. They came from Japan, Germany, France, the United States, Britain, Romania, Russia, Australia, South Korea, Canada, Belgium, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and 13 other countries and regions. Sixty papers were exchanged at the conference, of which seven were invited to the conference.
