目的分析核磁共振成像(MRI)在儿童脊柱功能评价中的应用效果。方法选取36例经核磁共振成像确诊为腰椎病变患儿的临床资料,对其核磁共振成像结果进行分析。结果 36例腰椎病变患儿经MRI检查均获得完整的核磁共振成像图像,其中骨折脱位型22例,原发性椎体骨折屈曲压缩型12例,爆裂型2例;其中后侧韧带群损伤15例,前纵韧带损伤12例,脊髓损伤4例,椎间盘损伤2例,硬膜外血肿2例。结论核磁共振成像是临床上评价脊柱病变的一种理想的诊断方法 ,在临床中具有良好的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in evaluating the spine function in children. Methods The clinical data of 36 cases diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation by magnetic resonance imaging were selected and their MRI findings were analyzed. Results Thirty-six patients with lumbar disc disease underwent MRI examinations, including 22 cases of fracture and dislocation, 12 cases of buckling and compression fracture of primary vertebral fracture and 2 cases of burst type. The posterior ligament group injury 15 Cases, anterior longitudinal ligament injury in 12 cases, 4 cases of spinal cord injury, disc injury in 2 cases, 2 cases of epidural hematoma. Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging is an ideal diagnostic method for clinical diagnosis of spinal diseases and has good clinical value.
