冲裁模刃口尺寸的计算及其公差的确定是模具设计的重要内容之一,它直接关系到冲裁件的尺寸精度、断面质量和模具寿命,传统的设计方法是根据冲裁件的几何结构,尺寸标注和模具磨损规律,将尺寸分成A、B、C三种类型,按相应的经验公式来设计的。由于计算机在图形识别,图形输出等方面有其特点,使得传统的设计方法不能满足CAD的要求,有必要探索适合计算机处理的方法。本文在分析冲裁间隙、模具磨损规律的基础上,提出了模具刃口尺寸的等距处理法,并根椐冲裁件与凸、凹模工作部分在标注形式、尺寸性质及其公差间的对应关系,实现模具刃口尺寸及其公差的自动标注。
