千秋煤矿一水平中央泵房水泵排水高度改变后,排水系统的效率很低,排水电耗不符合AQ1012-2005《煤矿在用主排水系统安全检测检验规范》的要求.根据检测机构提供的检测数据,结合矿井实际提出了使用减少叶轮数目的方法来提高排水系统的效率,使排水电耗符合要求.水泵减少叶轮前后的运行数据测试结果,证明了减少叶轮法在该排水系统状态下用于提高排水效率的方法可行,效果显著.“,”The efficiency of drainage system is very low after the change of the drainage height of the pump in the first level central pump house of Qianqiu coal mine. The drainage power consumption does not meet the requirements of AQ1012-2005 Safety Inspection and Inspection Specification for Using Drainage System in Coal Mine. According to the testing data provided by the testing organization and the actual situation of the mine, the method of reducing the number of impellers is proposed to improve the efficiency of the drainage system and make the drainage power consumption meet the requirements.The test results of pump operation data before and after reducing impeller prove that the method of reducing impeller is feasible and effective for improving drainage efficiency under the condition of drainage system.
