用四种不同承压膜厚度的压力盒,以不同密度的粗、中、细砂进行标定的结果表明,在第一次加荷阶段,量测误差均在10%范围之内,在第二、三次加荷阶段,承压膜厚度为3毫米的压力盒的量测误差也在±10%范围之内。承压膜厚度为2.5毫米的压力盒,当外加压力在1.0公斤/厘米~2以上时,误差才能保持在10%之内。在卸荷和再加荷的情况中,误差值就大大超过了±10%的范围,最大甚至达到100%以上,这样大的误差主要是由于薄膜刚度不够,以致其滞后特性显著而造成的。
