试验通过检测肉鸡生长性能、胴体品质、肉品质和消化道发育情况、回肠CP消化率,探究日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌对肉鸡粗蛋白质(CP)需求量的影响。试验选取720只1日龄肉鸡。设置2×2方阵设计,包括按照标准CP水平设置的对照组(CP 100),在标准基础上降低2%CP含量的试验组(CP 98);不添加枯草芽孢杆菌组及添加枯草芽孢杆菌0.2 g·kg~(-1)组(0.8×10~9cfu·g~(-1),将肉鸡随机分配到各组。每组6个重复,每个重复30只肉鸡。育雏料、生长期饲料和育肥期饲料均按照标准制定,饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌对生长性能无显著影响。然而,随着日粮中CP水平下降,体增重和饲料效率显著下降(P<0.05),饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌可显著提高肉鸡胴体品质(P<0.05)。添加枯草芽孢杆菌对肉品质无显著影响,然而,随着日粮中CP含量下降,肉的保水力显著下降(P<0.05);空肠隐窝显著变深(P<0.05),回肠CP消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌可改善空肠形态,减缓日粮中CP含量减少的不利影响。因此,益生菌的使用可改变胃肠道形态特征,提高CP的回肠消化率,提高饲料效率。
The effects of Bacillus subtilis on dietary crude protein (CP) requirement in broilers were investigated by measuring growth performance, carcass quality, meat quality, digestive tract development and ileal CP digestibility in broiler chickens. The experiment selected 720 one-day-old broilers. A 2 × 2 matrix design was set up and consisted of a control group (CP 100) set at the standard CP level and a CP 2 group (CP 98) with 2% CP reduction on a standard basis; the control group without Bacillus subtilis and the addition of Bacillus subtilis The chickens were randomly assigned to each group with 0.2 g · kg -1 (0.8 × 10 ~ 9 cfu · g -1), with 6 replicates in each group, with 30 broilers per replicate. Feed and feed during fattening period were all formulated according to the standard, and the addition of Bacillus subtilis to the feed had no significant effect on growth performance. However, body weight gain and feed efficiency decreased significantly with dietary CP level decreased (P <0.05) Adding Bacillus subtilis could significantly improve the carcass quality of broilers (P <0.05) .Bacillus subtilis had no significant effect on meat quality, however, with the decrease of dietary CP, the water holding capacity of meat decreased significantly (P <0.05) (P <0.05), and digestibility of ileum CP significantly increased (P <0.05) .The results showed that the addition of Bacillus subtilis to the diet could improve the morphology of jejunum and reduce the adverse effects of reduced CP content in the diet . Therefore, the use of probiotics can change the morphological characteristics of the gastrointestinal tract, improve the ileal digestibility of CP Feed efficiency.
