职业人文教育由于学理建构的阙如引发事理探索的失衡,从而导致对人文理念缺乏自觉体认,呈现出在职业与人文两级基频上的左右摇摆,结构性失调,教育成效堪忧。只有厘定生态人文主义为职业人文教育致思方向,廓清“元命题”逻辑起点,开发富有现代张力、融合科学与人文、以问题为中心、以实践为导向的新型生态型人文课程体系,职业人文教育才能实现逻辑与经验、学理与事理的统一,发挥明人伦、趋向善的本然旨意。
