大咯血是内科急重症,病死率可高达80％～100％。我院自1993年1月至1995年7月用支气管动脉造影(BAG)及支气管动脉栓塞(BAE)成功抢救及治疗大咯血病人18例,现报道如下。
Hemoptysis is a severe acute medical illness, mortality can be as high as 80% to 100%. Our hospital from January 1993 to July 1995 with bronchial artery angiography (BAG) and bronchial artery embolization (BAE) successfully treated and treated with hemoptysis in 18 cases are reported below.
