一、引言缠绕成型的树脂基复合材料多采用玻璃纤维、碳纤维、有机纤维等连续纤维作为增强材料,其制品已广泛地应用到各个领域。非晶态合金是七十年代初发展起来的一种新型材料,国外已将它作为增强材料来缠绕复合材料压力容器。1987年,我们受外单位的委托,在中科院沈阳金属所等单位的协助下,开展了非晶金属带增强热固性树脂复合材料的缠绕成型工艺研究。本文着重介绍这种新型复合材料的缠绕成型工艺及其性能。
I. Introduction Wound resin matrix composites use more glass fiber, carbon fiber, organic fibers and other continuous fibers as a reinforcing material, and its products have been widely used in various fields. Amorphous alloy is a new material developed in the early 1970s, which has been used as a reinforcing material to wrap composite material pressure vessels abroad. In 1987, we commissioned by the external units, with the assistance of the Shenyang Institute of Metals and other units of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, carried out the amorphous metal with enhanced thermosetting resin composite material winding process. This article highlights the winding process and properties of this new composite material.
