选择原发性肝癌患者30例,并以健康成人30例为对照组,对红细胞内脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性进行测定。结果显示,原发性肝癌患者红细胞LPO含量明显高于正常对照组,P<0.001;红细胞GSH-Px活性明显低于正常对照组,P<0.001。提示原发性肝癌患者体内脂质过氧化作用增强,抗氧化能力低下,自由基、LPO参与了原发性肝癌的发生及扩散。
Thirty patients with primary liver cancer were selected and 30 healthy adults were used as control groups to determine the content of lipid peroxide (LPO) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity in red blood cells. The results showed that the content of red blood cell LPO in patients with primary liver cancer was significantly higher than the normal control group, P <0.001; the activity of red blood cell GSH-Px was significantly lower than the normal control group, P <0.001. It is suggested that the lipid peroxidation in patients with primary liver cancer is enhanced and the antioxidant capacity is low. Free radicals and LPO are involved in the occurrence and spread of primary liver cancer.
