对全钢子午线轮胎成型机胎冠组合压辊进行改造。改造后压辊滚压工作面由平面和圆弧连接而成,外侧采用半径15~18 mm的圆弧倒角,内侧采用半径小于5 mm的圆弧倒角,压辊厚度为25~35 mm,直径为120~125mm,滚压胎冠中心起始位时两侧压辊中心间距小于5 mm。采用改造后的压辊,胎冠压合质量和成型效率明显提高,成品轮胎质量得到保证。
