目的了解吉林省不同血清群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Nm)菌株对抗菌药物的敏感性。方法采用改良K-B法和微量琼脂稀释法,对吉林省15株A、B、C群Nm菌株进行体外12种抗生素敏感性检测。结果 15株Nm菌株中,3株对环丙沙星(CIP)和左氧氟沙星(LEV)耐药;10株对复方新诺明(SXT磺胺类药物)耐药,2株对复方新诺明(SXT磺胺类药物)中介,3株对复方新诺明(SXT磺胺类药物)敏感;青霉素(PEN)有5株中介,10株敏感;利福平(RA)、阿奇霉素(AZM)、美洛培南(MEM)、头孢噻肟(CTX)、头孢曲松(CRO)、氯霉素(C)、氨苄西林(AMP)、米诺环素(MH)未发现耐药菌株。结论本研究结果对于吉林省流行性脑脊髓膜炎临床药物治疗及人群预防性用药都具有指导意义。
Objective To understand the sensitivity of different serogroups of Neisseria meningitides (Nm) to antibacterials in Jilin Province. Methods The modified K-B method and micro agar dilution method were used to detect the sensitivity of 12 antibiotics in 15 strains of A, B and C Nm in Jilin Province. Results Of 15 Nm strains, 3 were resistant to CIP and LEV, 10 were resistant to cotrimoxazole (SXT sulfa drugs) and 2 were resistant to cotrimoxazole (SXT (SXT sulfa drugs); 5 penicillins (PEN) intermediates, 10 sensitive; Rifampicin (RA), azithromycin (AZM), meropenem (MEM), cefotaxime (CTX), ceftriaxone (CRO), chloramphenicol (C), ampicillin (AMP) and minocycline (MH). Conclusion The results of this study are instructive for the clinical drug treatment of meningococcal meningitis in Jilin Province and preventive medication for the population.
