目的通过品管圈活动提高医院门诊处方合格率,加强团队协作精神,发挥药师潜力。方法门诊药房药师自发组成品管圈,按照品管圈理论实施各项活动,评价有型及无形成果,制订标准化工作流程。结果通过品管圈活动有形成果不合格处方数从289.75张/月下降至120.5张/月,无形成果中圈员的沟通能力、解决问题能力、责任心、团队凝聚力等有较大幅度提升。结论品管圈活动提高了门诊处方合格率,激发了员工的工作热情,提高了药学服务质量。
Objective To improve the passing rate of prescriptions in outpatient clinics through quality control circle activities, strengthen the team spirit and give full play to the potential of pharmacists. Methods Outpatient pharmacy pharmacists spontaneously formed quality control circle, according to quality control circle theory to carry out various activities, evaluate structured and intangible results and formulate standardized workflow. Results The number of substandard prescriptions for tangible results of QA activities dropped from 289.75 per month to 120.5 per month. There was a significant improvement in communicative ability, problem-solving skills, responsibility, and team cohesion among the intangible outcomes. Conclusions QA activities increased the outpatient prescription pass rate, stimulated the enthusiasm of employees and improved the quality of pharmacy services.
