一、问题提出的背景新课程改革的十年是我们不断探索的十年,也是我们数学教学不断进步的十年,随着新一轮课改的实施,我们能真正感觉到数学教学是在不断改革变化中逐渐成熟、逐渐完善、逐步提高的,在改革中认清形势,在改革中寻求方法,使我们的数学课堂真正成为学生成长的沃土、发展的阶梯、成才的摇篮,同时对教师的专业成长的发展也是不可多得的机遇。研究本课题也是对自己在课堂教学中的一些方法的总结、反思和提升,使我们的数学课堂能成为生动活泼的课堂、有效的课堂。
