本文报道我科于1979～1986年间手术治疗并经病理证实的口腔、颌面部神经鞘瘤60例。本组病例多发生在舌、颜面、颌下、腭咽等部位。我们认为三叉神经是口腔、颌面部神经鞘瘤的主要病原组织之一。本文对神经鞘瘤的发病率、临床特征、诊断和治疗加以讨论。
This article reports 60 cases of oral and maxillofacial schwannoma surgically treated in our department from 1979 to 1986 and proved by pathology. This group of cases occurred in the tongue, face, submandibular, sore throat and other parts. We believe that the trigeminal nerve is one of the major pathogenic tissues of the oral and maxillofacial schwannomas. This article discusses the incidence, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of schwannomas.
