目的探讨原癌基因c-Myc、p53蛋白和Ki-67抗原在不同形态的大肠侧向发育型肿瘤(LST)中的意义。方法检测42例颗粒型LST(LST-G组)、16例非颗粒型LST(LST-NG组)和62例隆起型腺瘤(隆起型腺瘤组)中c-Myc、p53和Ki-67表达情况,分析其与LST临床病理学特征的关系。结果与LST-G组和隆起型腺瘤组比较,LST-NG组c-Myc阳性表达率低,而p53阳性表达率高(P<0.05)。三组Ki-67的阳性表达率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。c-Myc和p53的阳性表达与LST的形态分型有关(P<0.05),Ki-67阳性表达与LST的形态分型无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论在不同形态的LST中,c-Myc、p53和Ki-67表达不同,提示不同形态的LST存在不同的基因调控机制。
Objective To investigate the significance of proto-oncogene c-Myc, p53 protein and Ki-67 antigen in different forms of large intestine lateral growth tumor (LST). Methods The expressions of c-Myc, p53 and Ki-67 in 42 cases of LST-G group, 16 cases of LST-NG group and 62 cases of adenoma group Expression, analysis of its relationship with the clinicopathological features of LST. Results The expression of c-Myc in LST-NG group was significantly lower than that in LST-G group and adenoma group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive expression rates of Ki-67 between the three groups (P> 0.05). The positive expression of c-Myc and p53 was related to the morphological typing of LST (P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression of Ki-67 and the morphological typing of LST (P> 0.05). Conclusions The expressions of c-Myc, p53 and Ki-67 in different forms of LST are different, suggesting that different forms of LST may have different gene regulatory mechanisms.
