为研究箍筋锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁抗剪性能退化规律,在考虑质量损失影响的基础上,对48根混凝土中自然锈蚀光圆钢筋试件进行轴向拉伸试验。结果表明:钢筋试件大多断面整齐,基本无颈缩现象,表现为脆性破坏;随着质量损失的增大,钢筋的屈服平台缩短甚至消失,极限变形显著减小。经回归分析,建立了自然锈蚀光圆钢筋的强度退化模型。考虑钢筋锈蚀对箍筋截面面积和力学性能及混凝土截面的影响,基于《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)以剪压破坏的受力特征为基础建立的混凝土梁抗剪承载力计算公式,提出了箍筋锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁的抗剪承载力估算公式。并且,对所提出的箍筋锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁的抗剪承载力的理论预测进行了试验验证。计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,且偏于安全。
In order to study the degradation of shear strength of corroded reinforced concrete beams with stirrups, axial tensile tests were carried out on 48 samples of natural corroded smooth steel bars in 48 concrete based on the influence of mass loss. The results show that most of the specimens are neat and have almost no necking, showing brittle failure. As the mass loss increases, the yield platform of the reinforcement shortens or even disappears, and the ultimate deformation decreases significantly. Through regression analysis, the strength degradation model of natural rust round bar was established. Considering the influence of steel corrosion on the cross-sectional area and mechanical properties of stirrups and on the cross-section of concrete, based on the formula of concrete structure design (GB50010-2002), the formula of shear strength of concrete beam is established based on the stress characteristics of shear failure. The formula to calculate the shear strength of stirrup reinforced concrete beams with stirrups is proposed. In addition, the theoretical predictions of the shear strength of the hoop-reinforced corroded reinforced concrete beams are validated. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results, and are biased towards safety.
