据劳动争议仲裁委员会提供的数据表明:近年来,劳动争议案件数量持续大幅度上升,每年平均递增30%以上。就劳动争议来看,除双方调解的案件外,裁决案件用人单位败诉率达60%至70%,远远大于劳动者败诉率。为探寻缘由,笔者特意走访了郑州市资深律师、劳动仲裁员赵先生。者:用人单位败诉率高于劳动者败诉率,是否说明我国现行的《劳动法》及相关法规、规章、政策的天平更倾向劳动者呢?
