本文对组成复杂的黑龙江省若干种地方名酒化学组成物,首次进行了严格的化学衍生化技术处理,选用了毛细管气相色谱法分离,使各族各同系物获得了良好分离效率和选择性。
In this paper, several chemical compositions of famous wines in Heilongjiang Province were complicated and were firstly subjected to strict chemical derivatization techniques. Capillary gas chromatography was used to separate the various homologues of various ethnic groups with good separation efficiency and selectivity.
