中国职业教育的现状是初中毕业生中成绩还可以的都进入了普通高中,而成绩不太好的学生转移到了职业学校,从而导致职业学校的生源质量不高。现实造就了中职生这个特殊的学生群体,他们考试失败之后,多数人因此变得自尊心极强,非常敏感。一方面,他们反感别人异样的目光,为了维护面子甚至诉诸武力来解决问题,另一方面,同时他们也很脆弱,渴望得到老师的关注、同学的友好相处。如何正确地对这些学生进行认识评价、教育开导,进行特殊的教育关怀,使其成为合格的中职生呢?
The status quo of China’s vocational education is that junior high school graduates can go to normal senior high school and the students whose grades are not good are transferred to vocational schools, resulting in low quality of students in vocational schools. The reality has created a special student body of secondary vocational students, most of them become very self-esteem, very sensitive after they fail the exam. On the one hand, they are disgusted with the strange eyes of others, in order to maintain the face and even resort to force to solve the problem, on the other hand, they are also very vulnerable, eager to get the teacher’s attention, classmates get along friendly. How to correctly evaluate and evaluate these students, enlighten them in education, carry out special educational care and make them become qualified secondary vocational students?
