本文报道昆明山海棠对人外周血淋巴细胞的染色体畸变效应测试结果。分别将昆明山海棠根部水提物(THH)50、100、200、400、800μg/ml和乙醇提到物(ATH)25、25、50、100和200μg/ml进行人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变试验,均未显示明显的染色体畸变作用。空白和溶剂对照组的染色体无异常,阳性对照组的染色体畸变率为39%,显示明显的诱变作用。结果表明昆明山海棠两种提取物在本试验的剂量范围内,对人外周血淋巴细胞染色体无致畸变作用
This article reports the test results of the effect of chromosome aberration on human peripheral blood lymphocyte in Begonia tuberosum.
