通过劳动获得相应的报酬是员工参与公司活动的核心目的,因此薪酬待遇也是员工入职过程中最看重的项目之一。随着现代企业竞争压力越来越大,为了更好地留住优质人力资源,企业也越来越重视薪酬制度的制定,尤其是电子企业这类对员工技术能力要求较高的企业。本文即是对电力企业人力资源管理员工薪酬满意度进行研究,说明了影响当前电力企业员工薪酬满意度的因素,并以某地供电公司员工薪酬满意度调查情况为例指出提升员工薪酬满意度的对策,以期能为相关工作提供参考。
