随着中小学教育从应试教育向素质教育的转轨,音乐教师在学校教育中起着越来越重要的作用.学校音乐教育目标的实现,音乐教学任务的完成,取决于音乐教师是否称职.我们常见到这样的情况:同样的教学内容,有的教师教得生动感人,吸引学生;而有的教师却教得平平淡淡,缺乏吸引力,究其原因,教师的综合素质起了决定性的作用.那么,音乐教师应有怎样的综合素质呢?
As primary and secondary education transition from exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education, music teachers play an increasingly important role in school education.The fulfillment of the goals of music education in schools and the completion of music teaching tasks depend on whether music teachers are competent or not. Common to such a situation: the same teaching content, some teachers teach vivid and touching, to attract students; while some teachers teach mediocre, lack of attraction, the reason, the overall quality of teachers played a decisive role. So, what kind of comprehensive quality music teachers should have?
