6.激振试验机床动态试验时,激振力信号可以是正弦的、随机的或脉冲式非周期力信号,而不同形式的信号要求不同的激振器和分析方法。对于机床主轴,应在回转状态下激振。实践表明:用接触式激振器使力通过预加载荷的轴承,在主轴回转情况下激振的方案不易取得满意的结果。而电磁激振器是非接触式的,适用于主轴回转时激振。本试验为了和实际工作状态一致,准备在刀盘切削点处
