随着我国经济的高速发展,地铁也日益受到人民群众的青睐,成为人们出行不可或缺的最快的交通工具。中小城市都已经开始规划或建造起了地铁,大城市也在不断地增加地铁的线路与数量。但地铁的建造所需要的投资是非常巨大的,单单只靠政府短时间内是难以完成建设的。要想地铁快速有质量的建成,就必定要在市场中融资,建立市场经济的地铁的多方面综合性的开发建设模式。基于我国现在的国情以及各个城市的发展,完全可以借鉴国外的地铁上盖物业合作开发的经验,少走一些弯路,推动地铁产业及周边产业的高速发展。本文主要介绍地铁盖物业合作开发的模式,以及各方面对其新的规划研究。
