研究和改进备课是教学中一个永恒的主题。只要教学存在,备课就不会终止。备课效率的高低与备课质量的好坏直接影响教师教学活动的优劣。《学记》上说:“学然后知不足,教然后知困。”我想教的困惑,更多地要从备课上找原因。改进备课是改进教学的第一环节。 (一)把长期备课作为短期备课的先导长期备课是指教师有计划地围绕教材进行知识积累和加强自身教学素质的修养(包括思想素质和心理素质);而短期备课则是指书写教案,熟悉学生,准备教具等等。教师一堂课的成功,绝不只是昨天或前天的准备,而是几年甚至十几年准备的结果。我从青年时代刚步入工作岗位,就开始注意对知识的点滴积累。仅从1958年到1967年近十年的时间,我就积存了几十万字的笔记、卡片、索引以及数百张剪报资料。这既丰富了我的教学内容,也开扩了视野。近些
