目的:提高黄连上清片的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法鉴别片中的大黄、栀子、黄芩;用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷含量。结果:在薄层色谱中可以检出大黄、栀子、黄芩;黄芩苷在4.8~484.8μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.6%(n=9)。结论:方法简便,准确,专属性强,可以更有效地控制黄连上清片的质量。
Objective: To improve the quality standard of Huanglian Shangqing Tablets. Methods: TLC was used to identify the rhubarb, wolfberry and jaundice. The content of baicalin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS: Rhubarb, Rhizoma jasminoides and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi could be detected in thin-layer chromatography. Baicalin had good linearity in the range of 4.8 to 484.8 μg·ml -1. The average recovery was 100.8%, and the RSD was 1.6%. (n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific. It can more effectively control the quality of Huanglian Shangqing Tablets.
