20世纪70年代以来美国的学术界对中小学体育领域的两性平等问题做了很多研究,认为美国体育领域性别角色不平等的原因在于相关法令规定缺乏实际保障;教师缺乏性别平等意识及相关知识;教师的歧视性言行;课堂管理教学忽视性别角色均等;课程组织实践不利于性别角色平等发展。解决体育两性平等教育问题需教师要有性别平等的认识;教师必须更清晰地意识到自身性别偏见;运用基本的教学技巧,为女生提供安心的、积极探索的、有尊严的学习环境;做好课堂组织管理工作,鼓励两性平等意识;课程设计方面提升女生参与度。
Since the 1970s, many academic circles in the United States have done a lot of research on gender equality in primary and secondary school sports. They think that the reason for the inequality of gender roles in the field of sports in the United States lies in the lack of practical protection provided by the relevant laws and regulations, the lack of awareness of gender equality and related knowledge among teachers, Teacher’s discriminatory behavior; class management teaching ignores equal gender roles; curriculum organization practices are not conducive to the equal development of gender roles.
