一、前言机体重要的生物学反应都是由酶催化的,因此,人们对酶的研究的巨大兴趣不仅是了解其催化反应的过程,而且还希望控制这些反应。当酶代谢紊乱时,给机体以相应的酶,作为药物就可达到治疗的目的。目前随着酶应用范围的扩大以及具有新的工业价值酶的开发,酶制剂的生产每年正以8％的速度递增。如以此速率增长,到八十年代中期,世界工业酶市场的销售额将达到60亿美元。日本已达到年销售医药用酶5.2亿美元。
I. INTRODUCTION The important biological reactions of the body are enzyme-catalyzed. Therefore, the great interest of people in the research of enzymes is not only to understand the process of their catalytic reaction, but also to control these reactions.
