上海某服饰有限公司老板:我从事服装行业经营公司已快1 0年了,起起伏伏,最近两年涉足电子商务才算真正有点起色。现在人员精减了,业绩反而比原来(传统业务)提高了很多。公司由我总负责兼管销售业务,儿子负责网络推广,老婆负责工厂生产及后勤采购,20多个工人,业务还算稳定。不过实际上生产环节还是有点混乱,也确实力不从心,交给别人管老婆又不放心。最近我一直在思考,这样做实在太累了,很难再上一个台阶,就准备扩大一下销售团队(招聘两三个网络销售),再在生产上增加几个技术力量,结果遭到老婆和儿子的强烈反对。他们觉得现在这样挺好的,以我们目前的条件根本找不到优秀人才;而且即使找到了也不可能像我们这样全身心去做。各位导师商友,下一步我该如何走?
