依据钼锑抗分光光度法原理,使用多功能酶标仪测定水体中总磷(TP)的含量,并以紫外分光光度计测定的结果作为参考进行比较分析,探讨了一种新的批量测定TP的方法。结果显示,酶标仪法在显色55 min时吸光度值与浓度呈现最好的线性关系(R~2=0.9995,P<0.001),加标回收率范围为98.1%~101.6%。酶标仪法较紫外分光光度计法的相对误差<5%,相对平均偏差和相对标准偏差(n=6)<2%。测定结果与紫外分光光度计法无明显差异,且样品量极少(单个仅200μL)。使用酶标仪法测定水体TP的方法可行。
According to the principle of molybdenum-anti-anti-spectrophotometry, the content of total phosphorus (TP) in water was determined by multi-functional microplate reader. The results of UV spectrophotometer were compared and analyzed as a reference. A new batch of TP Methods. The results showed that the absorbance value and concentration showed the best linearity (R ~ 2 = 0.9995, P <0.001) after 55 min of colorimetry. The recoveries ranged from 98.1% to 101.6%. The relative error of the microplate reader method was lower than 5% and the relative standard deviation (n = 6) <2%. The results of the determination and the UV spectrophotometer no significant difference, and the sample amount is very small (only 200μL). The method of using microplate reader to determine TP in water is feasible.
