实验同步记录了豚鼠门静脉的自发活动和物((86)Rb+)流出速度。结果表明,K(ATP)开放剂罗卡林(Cromakalim,Cro)(1~10μmol/L)取消豚鼠门静脉的自发活动,增加(86)Rb+的流出速度。内皮素-1(ET-1)(30nmol/L)增强豚鼠门静脉的自发活动,取消Cro增加(86)Rb+流出速度的作用。实验结果提示,ET-1对K(ATP)有一定的阻滞作用。
The spontaneous activity of the guinea pig portal vein and the (86) Rb + efflux rate were recorded simultaneously. The results showed that the spontaneous activity of guinea pig’s portal vein was abolished by Cromakalim (K) (1 ~ 10μmol / L), which increased the rate of (86) Rb + efflux. Endothelin-1 (ET-1) (30 nmol / L) increased spontaneous portal activity in guinea pigs and abolished the effect of Cro (86) Rb + efflux. The experimental results suggest that ET-1 has a certain block effect on K (ATP).
