在中等职业教学过程中,学生的复杂性和特殊性,使教师的教学行为正受着严峻的挑战。传统的课堂所呈现出的负面的情况,使教师课堂成就感大为降低。要解决这个问题,在课堂教学中要突出学生的主体性。
In the process of secondary vocational education, the complexity and particularity of the students make teachers’ teaching behaviors are facing severe challenges. The negative situation presented in the traditional classroom greatly reduces the sense of accomplishment of teachers. To solve this problem, in the classroom teaching should highlight the students’ subjectivity.
