为探讨肿瘤转移发生的分子生物学机制奠定基础 ,通过使用抑制消减杂交技术从一对同一亲本、转移表型不同的人肺巨细胞癌细胞株中分离转移抑制相关基因或核苷酸片段。结果获得 5个在低转移肺巨细胞癌中高表达的、均与已知的人类基因片段有很高同源性的核苷酸片段 ,它们可能在维持肿瘤细胞自身稳定、防止转移中起重要作用
To lay a foundation for exploring the molecular biological mechanism of tumor metastasis, metastasis-suppressing related genes or nucleotide fragments were isolated from a pair of human giant cell carcinoma cell lines with the same parental and metastatic phenotype by suppression subtractive hybridization. RESULTS: Five nucleotide fragments with high homology to known human gene fragments that were highly expressed in low metastatic lung giant cell carcinoma were obtained, which may play an important role in maintaining tumor cell self-stability and preventing metastasis.
