试论影响大米储藏的原因及措施

随着经济发展,人民生活水品的提高,人们对大米质量的要求也越来越高。中国作为粮食生产大国和粮食需求大国,随着科学进步,我国的大米储藏技术也在实践中慢慢发展。要改良大米储藏技术,首先要充分了解影响大米储藏的原因,再根据实际情况采取相对应的大米储藏措施,其次要敢于创新,吸收国外的先进技术,结合本国国情改善大米储藏的技术和设备。大米储藏质量和数量是一项有挑战性的难题,对于一个人口大国,粮食的储备直接关系到国民经济的发展和国家稳定,因此要改善大米储藏的技术和条件。 With the economic development and the improvement of people’s living water products, people’s requirements for the quality of rice are also getting higher and higher. As a large grain-producing country and a big country for food demand, with the advancement of science and technology, China’s rice storage technology has also gradually developed in practice. To improve rice storage technology, we must first fully understand the reasons that affect the storage of rice, and then take the corresponding rice storage measures according to the actual situation. Secondly, we should dare to innovate and absorb advanced technologies from abroad and improve the technology and equipment for rice storage according to our own national conditions. The quality and quantity of rice storage is a challenging problem. For a large population country, the reserve of grain is directly related to the development of the national economy and the stability of the country. Therefore, the technology and conditions for rice storage should be improved.
