采用热力学、物料和热量平衡的计算方法,研究了180 t AOD用转炉脱磷铁水冶炼430不锈钢脱碳前期脱碳保铬的工艺。研究结果表明:合理控制最佳脱碳保铬温度是提高AOD冶炼430不锈钢各项经济技术指标的关键技术。采用优化转炉生产节奏和出钢的保温,保证AOD入炉铁水温度由1 520℃提高至1 580℃;优化AOD脱碳前期合金和辅料加入量,进一步提高了脱碳前期的钢液温度,减少铬的氧化量。通过实施工艺优化措施,AOD用转炉脱磷铁水冶炼430不锈钢经济技术指标得到明显改善,其中铬收得率由92.30%提高到94.64%,冶炼时间缩短9.2 min,还原硅耗降低4.9 kg/t。
Using the method of thermodynamics, material and heat balance, the technology of decarburizing and keeping chrome at the early stage of decarbonization of 430 stainless steel was studied in a 180 t AOD converter dephosphorization hot metal. The results show that reasonable control of the optimal decarburization temperature is the key technology to improve various economic and technical indexes of AOD smelting 430 stainless steel. Optimize the AOD decarburizing pre-alloy and auxiliary materials to further improve the pre-decarburization temperature and reduce the temperature of molten steel in the pre-decarbonization process, Chromium oxidation. Through the implementation of process optimization measures, the economic and technical indexes of AOD converter 430 stainless steel were greatly improved.
