现在很多孩子在学习上依赖性很强,缺乏独立思考分析解决问题的意识和能力。其中,很大一部分原因是老师把他们“惯”成这样的,是老师让他们的天资“睡着”了。很多时候(尤其是低年级),老师扮演着保姆的角色,担心学生读不懂题,担心他们不会找关键词,担心他们掉进陷阱……太多的担心使得老师们在教学中放不开手脚,很多练习都要先指导再练习。其实这种善意的指导和提醒常常会干扰学生的思维,助长他们的依赖性,久而久之,他们便失去了独立探究的激情,甚至养成一种惰性,学习被动,
