目的:观察化疗药物顺铂和氟脲嘧啶对人小肠动力的影响。方法:应用液体灌注胃肠动力测压系统动态测定了18例化疗患者 48 h空腹小肠动力的变化并记录呕吐情况。结果: 18例患者化疗后小肠动力明显加快,表现为移行运动复合波(MMC)数目从对照组的8.83±2.33个增多至13.11±3.53个,周期从174 min±46 min缩短至120 min±42 min,移行速度从0.112 cm·see-1±0.025cm·sec-1加快至0.162cm·sec-1±0.045cm·sec-1,MMCⅢ相收缩波数也明显增多,但MMCⅢ相收缩波幅值却不增高。其中9例患者化疗后发生呕吐。结论:化疗药物可引起呕吐并同时加快小肠动力,但两者之间无因果关系。
Objective: To observe the effects of cisplatin and fluorouracil, the chemotherapeutic drugs, on the motility of human small intestine. Methods: The dynamic changes of fasting and small intestine in 48 cases of 18 cases of chemotherapy patients were dynamically measured by liquid perfusion gastrointestinal motility manometry system and vomiting was recorded. Results: The intestinal motility of 18 patients was significantly increased after chemotherapy. The number of transitional exercise complex waves (MMC) increased from 8.83±2.33 in the control group to 13.11±3.53, with a period from 174 min. After 46 min was shortened to 120 min±42 min, the migration velocity was increased from 0.112 cm·see-1±0.025 cm·sec-1 to 0.162 cm·sec-1±0.045 cm·sec-1, and MMC III phase contraction was accelerated. The wave number also increased significantly, but the amplitude of the MMC III contraction wave did not increase. Nine patients had vomiting after chemotherapy. Conclusion: Chemotherapy drugs can cause vomiting and at the same time accelerate the intestinal motility, but there is no causal relationship between the two.
