曾为中国经济中流砥柱的中国单位制企业,在近年来的改革中遇到了体制内或体制外的种种困难。主流学者们在以经济领域为切口进行分析与解释这些现象的同时,其目光渐渐从纯经济的研究向历史与文化方面靠拢。诚然,一个有着悠久文化的宗法之邦,其子民的行为逻辑无不受这种“隐性”诱因的潜移默化。本文正是从“单位人”的伦理选择说起,道出宗法文化的历史作用的。
Chinese unit-owned enterprises, once the mainstay of the Chinese economy, encountered various difficulties within or outside the system in the recent reforms. While analyzing and interpreting these phenomena in the economic field, the mainstream scholars gradually shift their focus from purely economic research to history and culture. It is true that a state of patriarchal culture with a long history of culture has a subtle influence on the logic of the behavior of its people. This article starts with the ethical choice of “unit man ” and tells the historical function of patriarchal culture.
