在研制新型风机的中间试验过程中,当转速达到一定值时,宽叶片风机出现了叶片的失稳破坏,这种破坏形式还未曾见过报导,可能还只是首次发生。本文分析了破坏的机理,并提出了三种改进方案,使叶片的失稳破坏转速有较大提高;其中一种工艺方案比原制造工艺更为简单,且完全不影响风机的气动性能和效率。已被风机制造厂采纳,并通过了试验。
In the middle of developing a new type of fan test process, when the speed reaches a certain value, the wide leaf blower blade instability damage has emerged, this form of damage has not been reported, may only be the first time. In this paper, the mechanism of failure is analyzed, and three improved schemes are proposed to increase the rotational speed of the blade instability damage. One of the schemes is simpler than the original one and does not affect the aerodynamic performance and efficiency of the fan at all . Has been adopted by the wind turbine manufacturer and passed the test.
