目的:探讨多层螺旋CT与MRI在颌面部软组织测量中的应用价值。方法:12例口腔颌面正畸病例,行X线头影摄片、多层螺旋CT和MRI检查,分别测量颌面部软组织角度参数与软组织线距参数,采用SPSS11.0软件包对数据进行方差分析。结果:X线头影摄片、多层螺旋CT与MRI测量颌面部软组织角度参数与软组织线距参数测量值间无显著差异(P>0.05),MRI在显示颌面部软组织层次、结构上具有优势,螺旋CT在同时显示颌面部硬、软组织结构上具有优势。结论:螺旋CT与MRI在颌面部软组织测量中都有较高的实用价值;MRI在颌面部软组织测量上优于螺旋CT与X线测量。
Objective: To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT and MRI in the measurement of maxillofacial soft tissue. Methods: Twelve cases of oral maxillofacial orthodontics were examined by X-ray film, multi-slice spiral CT and MRI. Angle and soft tissue pitch parameters of maxillofacial region were measured. SPSS11.0 software package was used to analyze variance analysis. Results: There was no significant difference between soft tissue angle parameters and soft tissue pitch parameters measured by X-ray film, multi-slice spiral CT and MRI (P> 0.05). MRI showed that in maxillofacial soft tissue level, Advantage, spiral CT also shows maxillofacial hard, soft tissue structure has advantages. Conclusion: Spiral CT and MRI have high practical value in soft tissue measurement of maxillofacial region. MRI is superior to spiral CT and X-ray in soft tissue measurement of maxillofacial region.
