The 1991 SCSC (Summer Computer Simulation Conference) was held on July 22-24 at the scenic Lakeside Baltimore. Since 1983, the author has participated in the SCSC every year except once. However, this time the special note is that the annual SCSC meetings take place alternately in the eastern, central, western and Canadian regions of the United States.
