作者用静脉注入大肠杆菌内毒素(3mg/kg)的方法造成大鼠肺损伤模型,并在静注内毒素前15分钟静脉注入0.6mg/kg 入抗内毒素单克隆抗体(以下简称单抗),以观察单抗对内毒素所致肺损伤的影响.对照组大鼠静脉注入无菌生理盐水(3 ml/kg).结果表明:①注射内毒素后24小时同位素~(99m)Tc DTPA 自肺向血的半清除时明显加快(示肺泡上皮通透性增加,)与注射前相比p<0.01;与对照组注生理盐水后24小时相比也明显加快(p<0.001)。单抗预处理可防止内毒素引起的~(99m)Tc DTPA 清除加快,半清除时比单独给内毒素组明显减慢(p<0.005),与对照组无明显差异(p=0.286)。作者认为内毒素3 mg/kg 静脉注入24小时,大鼠肺泡上皮
