对初步选定的SCOT和MCRC工艺从环保和经济的角度进行了进一步的探讨。计算表明：SCOT工艺能满足环保的要求，而MCRC工艺不能满足环保对最高允许排放浓度的要求。采用鼓风稀释的方法，在烟囱底部增加1台风景为5.2万Nm3／h的风机，MCRC工艺也能达到环保的要求，而投资却比SCOT工艺低得多。
The initial selection of SCOT and MCRC process from the environmental and economic point of view for further discussion. The calculation shows that the SCOT process can meet the requirements of environmental protection, while the MCRC process can not meet the requirements of environmental protection on the maximum allowable emission concentration. Adopting the method of blower dilution, a fan with a landscape of 52,000 Nm3 / h is added at the bottom of the chimney. The MCRC process can meet the requirements of environmental protection while the investment is much lower than that of the SCOT process.
