以正十六烷作为柴油机油的模拟基础油,采用高温氧化实验、气质联用和压力差示扫描量热法研究了油酸甲酯与高碱值合成磺酸钙清净剂交互作用对正十六烷氧化安定性的影响。结果表明:油酸甲酯可显著劣化正十六烷的氧化安定性,表现为氧化后试样的黏度和酸值增大,碱值下降,起始氧化温度和最快氧化温度降低,但清净剂可在一定程度上抑制油酸甲酯对正十六烷氧化安定性的负面影响。
Using n-hexadecane as a simulated base oil for diesel engine oil, the interaction between methyl oleate and overbased synthetic calcium sulfonate detergent was studied by means of high temperature oxidation experiment, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and differential scanning calorimetry. Effect of Oxidation Stability of Hexaoxane. The results showed that methyl oleate could significantly deteriorate the oxidation stability of n-hexadecane. The results showed that the viscosity and acid value of the sample increased, the base number decreased, the initial oxidation temperature and the fastest oxidation temperature decreased, The agent can inhibit the negative impact of methyl oleate on the oxidation stability of n-hexadecane to a certain extent.
