中学图书馆肩负着为学校的教学和教研工作提供智力支持的重要任务,是中学生课外学习和探究的重要基地之一。随着素质教育的深入、办学层次的提高,新课程改革的实施,以及教师教学工作水平评估的深入开展,中学图书馆面临着一系列新挑战,即中学图书馆面临着许多管理问题。如:经费短缺,人手不足、业务工作日益加重等问题。这些问题在短期内是无法通过行政调配来解决的情况下,而采用中学生参与协助图书馆的管理,不失为一个好的办法。它不仅符合图书馆“以人为本”的管理理念,也为中学生提供了一个实践活动的平台,学生的支持也将有力地推进图书馆事业的健康发展。本文以本校图书馆为例,阐述了中学生参与协助图书馆管理的意义,探讨了中学生参与协助图书馆管理的现实作用,并对管理工作提出了一些理性思考。
The middle school library shoulders the important task of providing intellectual support for the teaching and teaching research of the school and is one of the important bases for secondary school students to study and explore extracurricular activities. With the deepening of the quality education, the improvement of the school-running level, the implementation of the new curriculum reform and the further development of teachers’ teaching work level, the middle school library is faced with a series of new challenges, that is, the middle school library faces many management problems. Such as: shortage of funds, lack of manpower, increasing operational work and other issues. In the short term, these problems can not be solved through administrative deployment. It is a good idea to adopt middle school students to assist in the management of libraries. It is not only in line with the library “people-oriented ” management philosophy, but also provides a platform for practical activities for secondary school students, student support will also effectively promote the healthy development of the library cause. Taking the library of our university as an example, this paper expounds the significance of secondary school students’ participation in assisting library management, discusses the practical role of middle school students in assisting library management, and puts forward some rational thinking on management.
