隔爆开关常使用快开门机构连接隔爆主腔与前门,其操作机构控制前门的运动并起到助力作用。通过SolidWorks三维软件建立实体模型,对常见的几种快开门操作机构进行运动和原理分析,比较其优缺点和适用性,为隔爆柜快开门操作机构的设计和选用提供理论依据。
Explosion-proof switch often used to open the door to connect the explosion-proof main chamber and the front door, the operating mechanism to control the movement of the front door and play a helping role. SolidWorks 3D software is used to build the solid model, and the movement and principle analysis of several common open-door operating mechanisms are compared. The advantages, disadvantages and applicability of the open-door operating mechanism are compared to provide a theoretical basis for the design and selection of the quick-opening operating mechanism of the explosion-proof cabinet.
