目的探究血液检验标本检测过程中影响检验结果准确性的因素,并提出相关预防措施。方法随机选取我站的200例血液样本作为研究对象,先后进行酶联免疫检验与核酸检验,并探讨影响检验结果的相关因素。结果影响检测结果准确性的因素有血液的采集量、血液保存时间以及血液中抗原与抗体出现免疫沉默等,酶联免疫检验阳性样本数为38例,将阳性样本筛除后,采用核酸检验阳性样本数为32例。两种检验方法阳性检出率明显高于单纯采用酶联免疫检验检出率。结论血液检验标本检测过程中影响检验结果的因素是多方面的,在检验过程中严格遵循指定步骤操作能够有效降低出错的概率,采用酶联免疫检验联合核酸检验能够有效提高检验结果的准确性。
Objective To explore the factors influencing the accuracy of test results in the process of testing blood samples and to propose relevant preventive measures. Methods A total of 200 blood samples from our hospital were randomly selected for the study. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and nucleic acid test were performed successively, and the related factors affecting the test results were explored. Results The factors affecting the accuracy of the detection results include the amount of blood collected, the time of blood preservation, and the immunological silencing of antigens and antibodies in the blood. The number of positive ELISA samples was 38, the positive samples were screened out and the positive samples were tested by nucleic acid The sample size is 32 cases. The positive detection rate of the two test methods was significantly higher than the simple detection rate by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Conclusion There are many factors influencing the test results in the process of testing the blood samples. The probability of mistakes can be effectively reduced by strictly following the specified steps during the test. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay combined with nucleic acid test can effectively improve the accuracy of the test results.
